Greg
Thompson is a member of the Society of Stage Directors
and Choreographers, Actor’s Equity Association
and is Screen Actor’s Guild eligible. He
has served as Director, Choreographer, Music Director,
and Technical Director as well as designing costumes
and scenery for numerous productions.

He
served for ten seasons as resident director/choreographer
for the Savoyards Music Theatre Co. in Atlanta, GA, before
turning his attnetion back to stage and screen acting.
On screen, he can be seen dancing arm-in-arm with Jack
Black in RUN RONNIE RUN (a recent Sundance Film Festival
favorite) and in the starring role of Luke in the award-winning
short film SAUDADE. He also played the sleazy film director
in the 48hr Film Festival film SHADES, which won honorable
mention, and best acting awards as well as a place on
the soon to be released Festival compilation VHS/DVD.
Mr. Thompson has appeared on stage with such notable performers
as Jennifer Holliday, Marcia Lewis, John Cullum, Jodi
Benson, Sophia Loren, Chita Rivera, Donald O’Connor,
Tippi Hedren, Cliff Robertson, Melanie Griffith, Patricia
Neal, Ruby Keeler and Robert Goulet. Favorite roles include
Don Lockwood - Singin’ In The Rain, Joe/Josephine
- Some Like It Hot, Judas – Jesus Christ Superstar,
the Emcee – Cabaret, Neal Tilden – 1940’s
Radio Hour, Billy Crocker – Anything Goes and Mercedes
the Magnificent in La Cage Aux Folles. He can be found
