Toby has 27 years experience designing and creating special effects make-up. He has been part of the special effects make-up team for such recent films as HOOD RAT, BLOOD BATH and FREEZ’ER as well as such classics as DEEP STAR SIX and PHANTASM II. His skills were put to full use on GHOST OF THE NEEDLE from fake weapons (a pipe, syringes, a cue ball) to gore effects (neck wounds, a gunshot, wounded faces and a fractured skull.)   However, his greatest contribution to the film was the design and creation of the make-up for the ghost of GHOST OF THE NEEDLE.
