“Where the music stops and sound design begins is very subjective in the dissonant scores that Brian and I like. So while I’m creating the music, I also work with Brian’s sound design by creating bizarre soundscapes, ambient sounds and effects that normally wouldn’t be in the realm of a score.”

Adds Brian, “He pushes me to create the best sound design possible. In the end, he monitors every mix I make giving me pages of notes of changes from bass cuts, to high cuts, to sub-bass cuts, to EQ’s and reverb which fit only one particular sound. They all seem very minute by themselves, but the cumulative effect is undeniable.”

As well as creating film scores for Avenet Images, he writes, performs, records and masters his own pop songs in a variety of genres.
