Born in France, she came to the U.S. to study television production. After graduating, she worked on tv commercials as a writer/producer/director at Jones Intercable and Fox5 Atlanta. Since then, she has worked as a freelancer- producing and/or shooting video, film and stills for television, corporate, and commercial projects while exhibiting her black-and-white photographs around the country.   In 1997, Laurence founded Avenet Images for her cinematography and fine-art photography. She expanded the company into feature films with   FREEZ'ER. Now with GHOST OF THE NEEDLE, her main focus is producing, shooting and marketing Avenet Image’s independent films.
